Elements is the first studio album released by the UK metalcore band The Defiant
Style[]
The style still would be classified as melodic metalcore. The album is slightly less heavier than their last EP. It abandones the Japanese instruments and focuses more on electronics instead. Songs like "The Moment" or "Bring Me Down" are catchy songs that dont have a lot of screaming, but there are also heavy songs like "Dreamworld" or "Born From The Ashes", the latter has some parts that could be classified deathcore.
